About Stephen Furlong

I'm a Cape Cod-based photographer with a simple obsession: finding the moment when precision, patience, altitude, and light converge.

My work spans the tidal marshes, barrier beaches, and open waters of the Northeast — often seen from above where the geometry of the natural world reveals itself in ways invisible from the ground. I am also a biologist and naturalist with a passion for wildlife and land conservation and travel to iconic locations and and an FAA certified airplane and drone pilot. All of these aspects of my life are captured in my portfolio. Finally, I am intrigued by the ability to make digital art.

Littoral Light is where that work lives. Every image in these galleries was made with intention — from the flight plan to the final edit. Prints are available for each gallery, produced to archival standards and fulfilled through Printful. A portion of every sale is donated to the PheoPara Alliance, supporting research into the rare conditions that have shaped my own relationship with this work.

I'm based in Harwich, Massachusetts. If you'd like to discuss a print, a commission, or just the tides — I'd love to hear from you.
